Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all designer tags and protective covers, and securely seal the box with the provided adhesive strip.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
